Satpal Roth-Sharma is currently associated with Cobden House in Manchester after transitioning to the Bar following a distinguished career as a Solicitor. Her legal journey commenced in a high street legal aid crime practice, where she honed her skills. Progressing forward, she took on pivotal roles as a senior Prosecutor and Higher Court Advocate at the Crown Prosecution Service, and later as a Regulatory Solicitor at a prominent Yorkshire-based law firm, representing high-profile corporate clients, including a major supermarket chain.

Embarking on an entrepreneurial path in 2010, Satpal established her own practice, specialising in regulatory crime. The practice swiftly gained regional recognition, earning awards and a reputation as a leader in crime and regulatory law.

In October 2019, Satpal was called to the Bar and became a member of the Inner Temple. With a wealth of experience in criminal law, ranging from minor motoring offences to complex fraud cases, Satpal has made her mark as an accomplished regulatory and criminal law practitioner.
